With more than 25 years of experience spanning classroom teaching, executive leadership, nonprofit advocacy, and educational technology, Jaime brings a unique ability to connect big-picture strategy with practical, real-world application. Her engaging, research-informed approach blends storytelling, actionable strategies, and lived experience to make learning meaningful and immediately useful.

A trusted voice in leadership, workforce development, organizational culture, and quality improvement in early childhood education, Jaime is passionate about helping people move beyond great ideas and put them into action. Melissa Blotter is the founder of Directed Success, where she partners with organizations to design meaningful learning experiences and develop confident, capable leaders who are equipped to turn learning into action.

With more than 20 years of experience in education, training, and leadership development, Melissa specializes in transforming big ideas into practical strategies that drive real results. Her engaging, high-energy approach blends storytelling, research, and real-world application to help leaders strengthen communication, build accountability, and create experiences that improve engagement and retention for both staff and families.

Melissa holds a Master’s in Education and certifications in DISC, Crucial Conversations, and adult learning facilitation. Whether she’s leading a workshop, designing a learning experience, or coaching leaders, her work centers on creating environments where people feel connected, supported, and equipped to grow—and where learning leads to meaningful, lasting change.
